• The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will work closely with stakeholders across the company on business system and IT functions and projects, helping to ensure that technology solutions align with business goals and deliver value to the organization. • The BSA will play a pivotal role in improving processes, reducing inefficiencies, and enabling business growth through technology. • Reporting to the SVP Finance, the Business Systems Analyst coordinates with Senior Management, Operations staff, Finance staff, external clients, and the external IT service provider.
• Degree/Diploma in business, information technology, Computer Science or a related field. • 5+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in data analysis, developing business process, combined with knowledge of software development. • Knowledge of relevant software applications and tools • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Project management experience considered an asset. • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
