• Assist with managing, maximizing, tracking and reporting on all North American market development funds on a monthly basis • Work with Sales Operations and Sales Coordinators to ensure all campaigns are tracked, reported and delivered • Assist with maintaining all Long View online assets including HubSpot, Constant Contact, DiscoverOrg, and various Long View specific websites • Contribute to the execution of Long View signature events seasonally as required • Assist with lead generation programs, social media analytics and tracking marketing project budgets • Support delivery of marketing commitments for Long View and help the business meet its overall marketing objectives on time and on budget • Maintain the master All Branch Marketing calendar for North America • Maintain client, partner and all lists as required to support the business • Coordinate internal client or business unit specific projects or campaigns • Liaise with Sales Operations, Corporate Services and Sales Coordinators to deliver on all marketing activities • Assist with analyzing data to determine campaign efficiency and tangible ROI where applicable • Navigate multiple partner portals to submit claims • Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information • Assist with organizing promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attendance of such to facilitate their success • Provide project, initiative and event coordination and communicates updates at all times • Communicate directly with internal Long View clients and partners to promote relationships
• 2+ years of previous experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally in IT or Telecom • Post secondary education in Marketing or related degree • Proven history of working in a fast-paced and demanding environment under tight timelines • Experience with multi-tasking and a proven track record of delivering projects and initiatives on time • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic office with remote supervision • Past experience as a power user of various sales and marketing applications including HubSpot, PowerBI, Microsoft Dynamics CR and Office • A desire to create a positive team environment for the Long View and IT partner communities • Experience in supporting multiple remote offices and with marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings) • Excellent verbal, written, editing (photo/video/text) and presentation skills • Strong communication and diligent follow-up skills
