Description

• Support global marketing and communications team and efforts • Prepare and organize content for campaigns using marketing automation tools • Support the team with various hands-on multimedia tasks (videos, photos etc.) • Maintain Audiokinetic and Community event calendars • Assist in maintaining up-to-date contacts in the company CRM following Sales and Business Development tradeshows and events • Support the Education team in coordinating and promoting educational events for the Audiokinetic Education Program • Upkeep a list of global trade shows and coordinate with stakeholders’ needs for participation, including registrations, travel and accommodations, shipping, equipment rentals, and other various tasks • Manage and order inventory of marketing and promotional materials and merchandise • Liaise with vendors/suppliers/freelancers as needed • Maintain marketing lists and subscriptions in alignment with the Manager, CRM & Marketing Automation • Assist in gathering data and market research • Provide administrative support to the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role • Excellent written and verbal communication • Extremely organized with the ability to prioritize short-term and long-term tasks • Experience with CRMs and/or marketing automation tools • Experience with video/photo editing, an asset • Exceptional thoroughness and attention to detail • Ability to quickly learn, autonomous and resourceful • Active listening, and note-taking skills • Interest in audio, gaming or technology.
