• Creating Visual Assets: Designing product images, banners, advertisements, and promotional materials to enhance the online shopping experience. • Website Design: Developing and updating website layouts, product pages, and landing pages to drive conversions and user engagement. • Marketing Materials: Designing email campaigns, social media graphics, collateral, swag design and other digital marketing materials to support advertising efforts and promotions. • Content Creation: Designing and creating engaging content such as infographics, videos, and animations that highlight products and brand stories. • A/B Testing: Creating variations of design elements for A/B testing to determine which visuals perform better and drive higher engagement or conversions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is an asset. • Ideally, 2+ years of experience in Graphic/Marketing Design. • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an eCommerce or digital marketing environment. • Experience working cross-channel (print, web, social, video, UI/UX). • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including web, print, and digital media. • Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and the ability to interpret data to inform design decisions. • Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
