Description

•Lead execution of capital spend strategy for PC Express and in-store media networks •Oversee In Store Media asset maintenance and ensure team support •Develop progress dashboards to monitor contractual obligations •Collaborate on content strategy with Advance’s Product team •Communicate with store teams about site visits and issue resolution •Manage PC Express capital projects execution across various teams •Support strategy for in-store expansions and renovations •Maintain intake processes for capital projects •Coordinate timelines with Store Growth and Communication Team

Requirements

•5 yrs min. experience in retail industry; preferably grocery •3+ years Experience managing a team of direct & indirect reports •End to end understanding of operations process management/SOP •Project management skills and/or certifications •Ability to present/build presentations for executive teams and stakeholders •A self-starter •Excellent organization and time management skills •Excellent written/verbal communication skills •Ability to work both independently and collaboratively •Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced work environment •Problem solving skills •PC skills (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
