Description
• We're seeking a talented Corporate Counsel to join our team at LayerZero, where you'll play a pivotal role in revolutionizing blockchain interoperability and shaping the future of decentralized applications. You will work closely with various teams across the organization to provide legal expertise and guidance on a wide range of commercial, employment, and technology-related matters. You will report to the General Counsel.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of proven experience as an attorney at a reputable law firm and/or in-house legal team for large companies • Membership in the British Columbia Bar, US state bar or eligibility to register under the British Columbia Bar, and start bar in-house counsel program • Expertise in drafting and negotiating complex technology agreements • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with strong prioritization skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
