Description
• Provide proactive strategic legal and business advice to MongoDB’s Partner organization • Draft and negotiate legal agreements with MongoDB partners • Develop and implement training program for Partner team • Actively collaborate with other business teams • Partner closely with product and engineering on new product integrations • Tackle other interesting legal projects and assist team members
Requirements
• 5+ years of technology transactions experience • Record of success at a top law firm and in-house at a B2B SaaS company • Deep knowledge of enterprise software, cloud services, strategic partnerships, licensing, intellectual property, antitrust, contract, data privacy and security issues • Excellent business judgment • Strong people and collaboration skills • Motivated, organized, and flexible self-starter • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Curious and enthusiastic about technology • Licensed in an appropriate jurisdiction
