Description
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including client marketing teams, creative agencies, and external partners • Coach and mentor a team of direct reports, ensuring team growth and development • Ensure ongoing campaign management and operations executed in a timely manner • Supervise team with monthly budget reporting and billing process • Plan and supervise execution of multi-channel digital media strategies • Oversee quality control of daily deliverables and overall client management • Use agency tools and performance data to develop insights and solve client challenges
Requirements
• Minimum 4-5 years experience in performance media, day to day client relationship management and strategic planning on national advertising business • Minimum 1 year of experience managing a team of direct or indirect reports • Experience in digital media planning and digital media strategy • Strong organizational skills, sense of timeliness and values high quality work • Experience on performance-based clients who evaluate success based on digital transactions and agency team performance • Good knowledge on Programmatic, Social and SEM foundations, with a major in one of the three disciplines • Strong presentation and communication skills (both written and oral) • Previous experience working on a large retail account considered a plus • Mastery of Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, calculated fields...etc) • French and English bilingualism orally and in writing
