Description
• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers • Oversee software development projects from conception to launch • Work closely with Product Management, Quality Assurance, and Design teams to understand requirements, set goals, and ensure timely delivery of projects. • Ensure coding standards and best practices are followed by the team • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback • Assist the Engineering Manager with conducting performance evaluations for team members • Develop and maintain technical documentation • Organizing and leading release management • Act as a Scrum Master for Sprints • Prepare solution development estimates including technical planning, refinement, and dependencies • Provide technical expertise and motivate team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, learning, innovation and deployment
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering or a related field • 4+ years of experience in software development • Strong understanding of React AND Go Lang. • Experience leading software development projects/features • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience working in Agile teams. • Familiarity with Agile development practices, including continuous integration, test-driven development (TDD), and iterative delivery.
