Description
•MaintainX is a mobile-first workflow management platform for industrial and frontline workers. •Responsibilities include providing sales skills training and facilitating new hire progress. •Own the new hire onboarding experience for the BDR and SDR teams and provide support. •Conduct skills gap analyses and assist in producing digital educational material. •Monitor sales objectives and participate in performance review sessions.
Requirements
•Must possess a warm, engaging, credible and knowledgeable personality •Minimum one (1) year experience working in SaaS (Software as a Service) as a BDR and/or SDR •Experience as a quota-carrying Account Executive and/or Account Manager is a plus •Experience in sales training and coaching is a plus (i.e. sales teaching, coaching and/or facilitation) •Experience working with and ramping reps in a fast-growing sales startup environment •Excellent knowledge of training methods as well as organizational change management expertise •Strong working proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and Zoominfo, Chorus/Gong an asset •Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts •Experience with video creation considered an asset
