• Developing and delivering a proactive merchant engagement strategy to drive adoption, satisfaction & retention, and identify initiatives to drive revenue growth • Acting as a trusted advisor to your merchant partners by understanding their business needs and building a strategy with defined goals that demonstrate measurable outcomes. • Build and maintain strong relationships across the merchant’s organization. • Delivering and communicating return on investment for our merchants by measuring and reporting on key performance metrics, product optimizations, customer penetration and actionable insights & co-marketing opportunities • Working collaboratively with internal teams/stakeholders and bring in SMEs (subject matter experts) when needed to address merchant concerns and project delivery. Proactively address questions or concerns and provide input into marketing, operations, and sales processes • Collaborating with Flexiti’s leadership to establish and continuously improve the merchant lifecycle. Be the eyes and ears on the ground to understand and communicate back what our merchants need/want. • Establishing yourself as a payments expert, gaining a deep understanding of the competitive offering and being an advocate for Flexiti’s products within the merchant’s organization. • Managing contract amendments and projects as required, monthly business reviews and be the SME for all matters related to your merchants. This position may require travel (approximately 10%)
• 5+ years of B2B account management experience, preferably in fintech or financial services • Commercial understanding and the aptitude to identify opportunities and proactively propose solutions • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across organizations (including C-suite), within various vertical/industries and cross functionally within Flexiti • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights • Strong PowerPoint skills and a knack for putting together compelling narratives using data backed recommendations • Attention to detail, project management and time management skills • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced environment • University Degree • Bilingual in French and English is an asset
