Description

• Accounts payable; maintaining the invoice processing system, entering and coding vendor invoices, and managing the employee expense system • Preparing weekly bank and credit card reconciliations • Managing the corporate credit card platform • Reviewing and processing employee expense reports • Assisting with monthly financial reporting • Preparing event expense summary for management teams reviews • Assisting with system implementations and procedure development • Ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline strongly preferred • At least 1 year of relevant experience • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint • Knowledge about Nexonia, Float, Coupa and NetSuite system is an asset • Well organized, strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
