Description
• Support stakeholders in developing integrations with Dialpad's platform • Work closely with engineering and product teams to understand the Dialpad ecosystem • Assist external partners and customers in building custom solutions • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Requirements
• At least 5 years professional experience in a similar role • Basic skills with one modern programming language (bonus for Python or JS) • Collaborative team player but also able to work independently • Excellent technical communication skills • Experience with APIs, SDKs & integrations • Strong technical writing skills • Technical support experience
