• Manage the professional schedule and correspondence for internal and external engagements, acting as a point of contact and liaison for the CFO with both internal and external stakeholders. • Oversee the operations of the Finance & Operations function, owning specific initiatives, managing communications, systems management and maintenance, and cross division coordination as necessary. • Lead and support initiatives, facilitating action items and ensuring execution on behalf of the Finance & Operations function. • Create and maintain reports, systems, and processes to streamline operations by identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements. • Support the roll-out, maintenance, and enhancement of the ERP. • Own all insurance and contracting functions, working closely with General Counsel and third-party advisors.
• Exceptional organization, time management, and multitasking skills; • Bias for action and strong attention to details; • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals; • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with ability to draft professional emails and documents; • Positive and driven attitude, with willingness to learn and improve processes; • Ability to read and analyze profit and loss and balance sheet statements is required; • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
