Description
• Manage the product life cycle from discovery through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals • Develop and prioritize the product roadmap based on business impact and consumer insights • Break down strategies and features into actionable user stories for the development team • Align product strategy with OKRs and communicate progress through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, operations, and clinical teams to drive product development • Lead a data-driven development process, leveraging user research and analytics to inform decisions • Communicate product releases and their impact to both internal teams and external stakeholders
Requirements
• At least 5 years of work experience and 3+ years as a product manager in B2C software • Demonstrated impact in one or more of the following areas: consumer web apps, electronic medical records, support, and/or infrastructure • Experience with healthcare or wellness • Familiarity with development tools like Figma and GitHub
