• Drive end-user adoption and expansion with North America’s largest banks and wealth management firms • Deliver trainings and quarterly business reviews in both English and French • Demonstrate empathy and curiosity for customers to understand their needs • Support the Head of Customer Experience in team process improvements

Requirements

• Bilingual: Professional working proficiency of French and English • Relationship management: Experience in customer success management or account management, working in SaaS • Strategic thinking: Understand complex business scenarios • Goal-oriented mindset: Ability to coach customers towards higher adoption • Account management: Experience with data analysis and account planning • Teamwork and collaboration: Ability to work in a pod structure
