Description

• Capco is seeking an experienced and dynamic Solution Architect to join our Insurance Technology team. • The Solution Architect will play a critical role in designing, implementing and managing technology solutions that meet our client’s business needs. • The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. • The candidate is self-driven and entrepreneurial, capable of identifying client problem-solving opportunities, coaching team members, designing solutions, leading projects, and acting as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

• 12+ years’ experience developing overall solution architecture including – Delivery, Application, Services, Integrations, Infrastructure Viewpoints • Experience leading technology projects and delivering complex solutions. • Previous experience in consulting / professional services is an asset but not required. However, strong consultative skills with the ability to understand stakeholder needs and provide strategic reccomendations is a must. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. • Experience with leading and supporting business development activities is an asset. • Understand requirements, technical constraints, and defend solution options. • Able to build good relationships at all levels, internally and externally with clients. • Ability to discuss and strategize technical solutions to optimize technical solutions. • Excellent people skills with ability to lead by example and motivate team members • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically • Ability work in fast pace environment while following best practice and company process
