• Planning out the blueprints for projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance • Manage scoping of client projects, timelines, schedules and cost estimates, ensuring each project stays on schedule and hits deadlines • Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting with the team and client in all stages through completion • Actively monitor project risks and scope creep to identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions and escalate when needed • Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information with the internal teams and external stakeholders • Convey project requirements and assign tasks effectively to ensure everyone is aligned on project objectives and responsibilities
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a marketing or creative agency • 1+ years experience working in an agency and understanding of the pace and the constantly changing priorities • Experience working with advertising platforms • Experience with Agile project management methodology • Process-oriented and strong problem-solving skills • Excellent organization, attention to detail, decision-making, and leadership skills • Knowledge of the marketing and advertising landscape, industry platforms, and associations
