• Be the primary point of contact for each of our clients. • Ensure and measure customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement. • Implement and analyze the continuous use of products by customers to identify trends and opportunities for new features. • Identify business opportunities that benefit both our clients and DECIMAL. • Develop a customer community initiative to give clients the opportunity to share resources and answer each other's questions. • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives within customer support functions.
• Proficiency in business-level French is required (English is a plus). • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in customer relationship management (CRM). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Client-oriented and committed to delivering top-quality service. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
