Description

• Assist in high-quality execution of digital projects. • Oversee LotusFlare’s customers and enterprise software solutions. • Guide clients and teams towards project execution and goals. • Contribute to analysis, design, and implementation of agile delivery. • Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams. • Act as liaison between stakeholders and IT teams. • Document and present findings to management. • Help prioritize and manage changing requirements. • Manage testing, releases, and project handover to support teams. • Support project management activities and simplify processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university; advanced degree or MBA is preferred. • 3+ years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, enterprise software, or startups. • Deep expertise in mobile and fixed telecommunications, media and technology. • Functional knowledge in strategy, project management, and product management. • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills. • Initiative taker, eager to create opportunities and a quick learner. • Comfort and experience with cross-organizational communication; excellent communication skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
