• Proactively engage with all stakeholders, interpret needs, determine requirements, and identify and support the delivery of solutions for various HR-related matters • Actively build rapport and working relationships with assigned client groups • Contribute to the design, roll-out, and training of new programs, initiatives, and systems-related processes • Oversee document management for HR processes, including New Hire Packages, Employee Change Forms, Performance Management, Disability, Departure Forms, etc. • Manage HR data in various HR systems
• Post-secondary education in administration or business, with a focus in HR is preferred • Minimum 2+ years of HR coordinator/administrator experience is required • Previous experience in the financial services industry would be an asset • Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite; including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required • “Can-do” attitude, a thirst for knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively within the team is required • Commitment to service excellence with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships is required • Ability to exercise discretion and handle highly sensitive and confidential information is required • Ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment is required • Flexibility to meet changing needs and manage multiple deadlines is required • Ability to work well independently and as a member of a team is required • Fluent communication skills in both English and French are required
