Description

• Managing product development from concept to production readiness • Interpreting design intent, patterning, prototype, sample creation • Maintaining accurate pattern libraries and bill of materials • Supporting development process for commercial viability • Creating and evolving construction standards • Partnering with Designers to establish product construction standards • Ensuring development deadlines are met • Building partnerships and communicating effectively • Upholding Fair Labor Association's Workplace Code of Conduct • Supporting special projects and providing feedback • Training factory resources on Arc'teryx standards • Ensuring external product communication reflects specifications • Supporting CLO3D modeling as required

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in product development and pattern making • Undergraduate Degree OR equivalent industry training, certification, or related business experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Ability to work from pattern blocks and/or from sketches • Experience effectively communicating with and travelling to domestic and offshore vendors and manufacturers • Comprehensive understanding of design intent, product aesthetics, construction, production, and fit • Detailed and accuracy oriented with strong organizational skills • Initiative, agility, commitment, and balancing autonomy and collaboration • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Proactive in identifying root cause of issues and developing solutions • Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity • Passion for work and outdoor activities
