• Responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent. • Manage the recruitment process. • Build relationships with hiring managers. • Ensure compliance with recruitment laws and regulations. • Analyze recruitment metrics. • Provide a positive candidate experience. • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding processes for new hires along with other HR responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field is preferred. • Bilingual (French/English) is considered an asset • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience recruiting Sales roles • Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Attention to detail and organization are paramount, and I have a continuous desire to learn and improve • Knowledge of recruitment best practices • The ability to thrive in the fast-paced and ever-changing environment of a startup is a must
