Description

• Seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to empower the sales and Revenue team • Collaborating with various teams to develop and deliver training modules • Supporting sales teams and driving the overall success of initiatives • Reporting to the VP, Customer Success in a full-time position

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a quota-carrying role in a B2B SaaS environment • 3+ years experience in a Sales Enablement, Sales Training or equivalent Learning & Development role • Proven record of delivering successful enablement programs to global sales organizations • A natural curiosity about technology with the ability to quickly digest complex content • Deep empathy for sales reps and critical-path processes • Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and training skills across in-person, virtual, and asynchronous mediums • A strong understanding of the sales process, specifically in prospecting, discovery, and demonstrating value
