Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across all channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. • Oversee and optimize all marketing channels, including digital, social media, email, content, and events. • Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns that capture attention, engage audiences, and drive conversion. • Craft and deliver persuasive brand narratives that resonate with our target audience. • Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities. • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and design. • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. • Manage the marketing budget effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong track record in managing multi-channel marketing strategies in the Insurtech and/or B2B SaaS sector • Experience with Hubspot and Marketo preferred (or similar CRMs) • Expertise in digital marketing, social media, content creation, and data analytics • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and engage diverse audiences • Strong analytical skills with experience in using marketing metrics to drive decision-making • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
