Description
• Develop and drive strategy for Data Platforms • Oversee lifecycle of data platform products • Own BI and Analytics Strategy • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Product Managers • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Stay informed of industry trends • Define and track key performance metrics • Drive adoption and value realization • Articulate product vision and roadmap to stakeholders
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in product management • 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing data platforms or similar technologies • Strong understanding of data movement technologies, Data Lakes, analytical data systems, and ML development and analytics tools • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Proven experience in leading and collaborating with senior stakeholders • Demonstrable ability to be technically hands-on • Understanding of big data technologies • Ability to structure problems, develop clear hypotheses • Experience working with multiple engineering teams
