Description

• Crafting feature and scope definitions that balance customer, business and implementation perspectives • Gathering insights from our existing customer base, internal stakeholders, and market trends to help shape product direction • Creating easily understood product delivery plans and requirements in collaboration with technical and design team members • Driving implementation and execution of the team’s roadmap • Contributing and evaluating new product concepts for consideration in future roadmap plans • Collaborating with Go-to-Market teams to coordinate successful product launches • Defining and reporting on product success • Building trusted relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally • Becoming the Product SME for the product offerings you own • Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organizational objectives even if this means doing things that aren’t strictly within the scope of your role

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally within ecommerce, payments and/or SaSS products. • Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams, driving product vision, and executing product roadmaps in a fast-paced, agile environment. • Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to a diverse audience, including senior leadership, technical teams, and non-technical stakeholders. • A deep passion for enhancing user experiences through technology, with a customer-centric approach to solving problems and delivering value. • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to forge strong relationships across the organization, influence without authority, and lead teams toward shared goals and successful outcomes. • Expertise in product management and Agile/Scrum product development life cycles, as well as building and delivering high-quality software on time • A solid understanding of setting, measuring, and improving product success metrics • Familiarity working in parallel with multiple squads across different time-zones • Ability to lead client discovery, solutioning, and alignment conversations • Understanding of product strategy development and roadmapping tools
