Description

• Collaborating with our Sales and Delivery Team • Assisting the sales team in ensuring a successful sales cycle • Contributing to the overall success of the sales organization • Gathering, refining, and qualifying customer needs • Defining the best approach to answer these needs • Estimating the effort and cost for the projects • Supporting the sales team on technical solutions and workload evaluation • Working collaboratively with consultants and the sales team to create and deliver winning solutions • Maintaining and improving sales offer templates and documentation

Requirements

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket is a plus • Demonstrated technical skills and knowledge • Curious about technology and able to learn quickly new tools and frameworks • Some business experience/ business knowledge in one or more of the following ITSM and ITIL • Agile software development • DevOps and CI/CD • Great listener, communicator, presenter, you like customer-facing interactions • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment • Bachelor's degree preferred • Bilingual, French and English, is a plus • Excellent communication skills, oral and written
