Description
• Develop detailed project plans in collaboration with partners in Product, Partnerships and QA. • Plan and facilitate effective core Agile / Scrum ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint demos and retrospectives. • Remove impediments for the team to enable them to do their best work. • Advocate for best practice and quality and be a servant leader for the team. • Drive continuous team improvement through retrospectives and process improvements. • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
Requirements
• 3+ years of Project / Program Management experience in an Agile environment • Proven track record of shipping quality products on time. • Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for at least two years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory. • Tracking and communicating project status, including risks, contingencies, and mitigation plans. • Strong organization, communication and collaboration skills. • Experience with Atlassian, Jira, Confluence, and other project management software. • BA degree in technical field.
