• Lead the evolution, implementation, and support of performance management program. • Design development planning guidance to address capability gaps. • Lead design, development, and implementation of global talent identification and management programs. • Design talent programs to accelerate development. • Ensure programs align with Benevity’s culture. • Collaborate with People Business Partners on talent programs. • Manage communication strategies for talent programs. • Oversee talent and succession planning analytics for strategic decisions. • Analyze succession planning to identify strengths and risks. • Craft talent reports for leadership and the Board. • Collaborate with People Development team to blend learning opportunities with talent strategies.

Requirements

• Experience designing and executing practical talent management programs tailored for business needs. • Experience as a Business Partner, solving problems with and for internal clients. • Energetic in rapidly scaling environments. • Proven skills in program planning and project management. • Utilizes strategic and systems thinking to tailor initiatives effectively. • Growth mindset and innovative approach to challenges. • Relationship builder and influencer; comfortable presenting to executives and interns. • Collaborative team member known for exceptional communication abilities and adaptability. • Resourceful in navigating obstacles. • Strong organizational and time management skills, adept at balancing priorities.
