Description

• Develop and maintain infrastructure and tools for software development efficiency. • Streamline software development, deployment, and operations using modern tools and best practices. • Install, configure and manage servers and networking equipment for high availability and security. • Implement monitoring and alerting systems for timely issue detection. • Analyze and optimize system performance. • Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations. • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and network-related incidents. • Create and maintain detailed documentation of infrastructure configurations and procedures. • Research and recommend innovative solutions and automate key tasks. • Collaborate with development teams to provide necessary infrastructure and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • Overall, 8 + years of experience working on DevOps technologies. • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a focus on hardware and network infrastructure. • Expertise in Ansible, Shell scripting, database queries. • Expert in PHP. • Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, routing, VPN, and load balancing. • Familiarity with hardware components, server provisioning, and data center operations. • Proficiency in shell scripting for automation and task orchestration. • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Lxc, Docker, Kubernetes). • Complete proficiency in Linux, especially on the CLI. • Experience with tools such as Nagios, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, etc. • Solid understanding of Cloud infrastructure. • Strong knowledge of the CICD development process and experience with popular CI platforms like Jenkins, Bitbucket CI, GitLab CI, Travis CI, or CircleCI. • Must exhibit strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to drive success. • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for deploying and managing applications and infrastructure in the cloud. • Proficiency with containerization tools like Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes for managing containerized applications at scale. • Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), or Splunk to track system performance, detect issues, and maintain system health.
