Description

• Responsible for understanding customers' critical business processes and creating optimal solutions • Work closely with prospective and current customers as a product expert and technical resource • Evaluate internal processes to identify gaps and enhance customer benefits

Requirements

• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills; presentation/public speaking experience a big plus • 3-5 years in a sales engineering/solutions consulting role, with a payments or SaaS-based offering (or experience at a Payments Service Provider or large SaaS company) • Understanding of the card-not-present (CNP) payments ecosystem • Comfortable participating on Enterprise level calls with CTO and Director-level customers • Strong pre-sales and/or implementation background with a people/consultative approach to solving problems • Proficiency in understanding concepts and technologies in systems design and microservices • Ability to leverage sequence diagram tools (Lucidchart) and developer tools (Postman) • Founder-like drive to take the initiative and ownership over starting and building out the departmental strategy
