Description

• Lead the technical aspects of sales engagements, including system demonstrations, solution design, and technical validations through proofs of concept (POC). • Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers during sales interactions, engaging with various stakeholders including executives, AI practitioners, and data scientists. • Provide expert knowledge on the Shakudo AI platform, educating customers and internal teams on its capabilities and best use cases. • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them on AI strategy, best practices, and end-to-end solutions that include model building, deployment, and management. • Collaborate with sales leaders to meet revenue targets and ensure a smooth transition of customers to our post-sales support and success teams. • Influence product development and marketing strategies by conveying customer feedback and market demands to internal teams, including product development and engineering. • Develop and optimize pre-sales processes and tools, ensuring efficient and impactful customer engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field. • Extensive experience in solution engineering, technical sales, or a similar role within the AI/ML domain. • Proficient in AI/ML technologies, with a deep understanding of data and machine learning workflows and best practices. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical details coherently to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic customer relationships, understanding their business challenges and technological needs. • Direct experience with cutting edge data and AI technologies. • Proven track record of successful technical customer engagements.
