• Assist Thrive Sales organization in driving new revenue opportunities • Identify client business and technical needs • Propose solutions with appropriate Thrive products and services • Create technical documentation, client-facing presentations, Statements of Work, and technical responses for RFP/RFI's • Participate in customer-focused seminars, tradeshows, and technology events • Stay up to date on emerging technologies • Provide product and technology training to sales organization and partners
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field • Prior experience at a Managed Service Provider in a Solutions Architect or similar client-facing technical role • Technical knowledge of Microsoft/Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Cyber Security platforms, server virtualization, storage, LAN and WAN networking, data backup, and replication technologies • Technical and/or Security Certifications (CCNA, CISM, CISSP, MCSE, VTSP, etc.) a plus • Experience presenting complex technical topics to both technical and business audiences
