• Build a deep understanding of the needs and workflows of radiologists and identify opportunities to make our radiologists more efficient and reliable • Develop empathy for Prenuvo members and uplevel the insights we provide them • Understand business strategy and context to inform prioritization • Own the product delivery plan for multiple products within the radiology POD • Measure success against outcomes and goals set by the product and business strategy (OKRs, KPIs) • Set the direction for sprints in collaboration with engineering and design teams, prioritizing problems, crafting user stories and managing backlogs to maximize product value • Collaborate with Engineering, Product Design, Radiology, Clinical Operations, and others to ensure successful product delivery • Assess user feedback and product usage data to generate insights for how to improve our products and services • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and balance their requests with the other priorities you have defined
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g. Computer Science) is beneficial, but not required. We value relevant expertise from past experiences if you come from a non-technical education background. • 4 years of experience as a Product Manager using Agile methodologies, preferably with a minimum of 2 years in healthcare technology • Experience working closely with healthcare professionals, while understanding their clinical workflows, healthcare processes, and the challenges they face • Composure to productively work with a wide variety of personality types • Familiar with EMR, EHR, RIS and Imaging (DICOM), PACS • Respect for patient privacy and confidentiality, and experience with HIPAA • Experience working with Engineering Leads to devise solutions that are technically feasible • Experience working with Product Designers to ensure an excellent user experience and intuitive software • Experience with applications of AI in healthcare • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, managing product delivery plans and sprint coordination • Proficient in Jira and Confluence, and experience working with design and collaboration tools (e.g. Figma.) • Willingness to get into the details–whether its scoping a new task in Jira or understanding new issues being faced by radiologists • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence others • Habits of continuous learning • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
