• Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for payment products • Define product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business objectives • Oversee the development and optimization of card payment solutions • Identify and address potential risks associated with monitoring payment transactions • Manage integrations with third-party payment processors and financial institutions • Engage with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, customer support, and sales • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field • Minimum 5 years experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in the payments industry, with a strong focus on card payments and risk management • Deep understanding of payment processing systems, card networks (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), and payment industry standards (PCI-DSS, EMV) • Experience with third-party payment processors and integration technologies (APIs, SDKs, Plugins, etc) • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and solve complex problems • Able to effectively communicate (verbally and non-verbally) • Able to work with minimal supervision, contribute to a positive work environment • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) • Market research: Ability to conduct research to identify trends in the payment processing industry • Customer-centric approach: Ability to put customers first by designing products that solve their problems • Analytical skills: The ability to assess information and data to make informative product decisions • Leadership: Ability to guide cross-functional teams, inspire team members, and manage timelines and budgets
