Description

• Play pivotal role in supporting the management of the  marketing tech stack • Enable commercial growth from personalization and multivariate testing • Collaborate with multiple departments across the business • Engage in Salesforce Marketing Cloud build and integration • Manage segmentation/personalization, multivariate tests, user journeys, content changes, and partner campaigns • Maintain end-to-end campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud • Design scalable processes for company growth • Manage testing initiatives and enhance internal systems • Create and update documentation • Propose and implement innovative marketing processes • Take ownership of marketing operations from conception to execution

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations • 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud; certification preferred • Strong understanding of marketing operations, including campaign management, data analytics, and marketing automation • Creative problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset • Passion for designing processes that scale • Knowledge of HTML and CSS • Familiarity with webhooks and API integration • An entrepreneurial mindset • A self-starter approach and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving objectives • Ability to be resourceful and adaptable to evolving challenges
