• Creative Direction: Develop innovative concepts, activations, and designs that make each Planned stand out with each event, from tradeshows to client dinners. • Logistics & Preparation: Oversee all event logistics, including booth furnishing, team travel, vendor coordination, material shipping, and more. • Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with the sales team to align on event goals, guest lists, agenda, and logistics • Client Management: Manage guest RSVPs and communication, ensuring high quality attendance and experiences that reflect the high standards of Planned.
• Proven experience in event marketing, with a track record of successful events. Tradeshow experience is a must have. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and report on multiple projects simultaneously. • Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique event concepts. • Excellent communication and client management skills
