Description

• Overseeing and optimizing the processes and systems that drive revenue growth • Collaborate with revenue enablement stakeholders to ensure these tools are structured, maintained, and aligned to our goals and objectives based on highest-impact priorities • Serve as subject matter expert on revenue enablement issues and serve as a hands-on escalation point • Assess processing volume, payment product adoption progress, revenue performance, and other key metrics and report findings to stakeholders • Provide insights into the success of revenue enablement programs and initiatives • Partner with stakeholders to ensure proper processes and implementation for crucial content ownership for revenue enablement initiatives • Create and maintain a documentation library on key industry verticals, including sales processes, best practices, policies, playbooks, etc.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, analytics or in a related field • Min of 2 years in a revenue operations role or in a similar role, preferably in the fintech industry • Excellent communication skills in English, fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Experience in analytics and business intelligence, as well as knowledge of CRM and other business systems • Proficient in MS Office including developing PowerPoint decks • Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure • Knowledge of the payments industry and merchant services is a plus • Comfortable conversing with clients over the phone • Understanding transaction data, identifying trends, and suggesting improvements • Ability to work in a fast-paced start up environment
