• 2+ years of experience in operations, analytics, management consulting, finance, or human resources. • Exceptional analytical and communication skills. • Strong analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and data visualization software. • Bias for action and ownership mentality. • Comfort with ambiguity and operating in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work full-time from our Toronto office. • Startup experience at a venture backed B2B company.
