Description
• Enhance and manage recruitment processes to ensure smooth hiring. Develop and implement strategies to attract and onboard top talent. • Identify and engage high-quality candidates through effective sourcing, referrals, and networking. • Own critical customer operations processes and projects to ensure a best-in-class customer experience. • Perform data analysis to identify revenue and cost optimization opportunities and develop and execute initiatives to achieve them. • Support customer growth through design and execution of sales enablement processes and materials. • Jump into any area of the business that requires resourcing and problem solving.
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in operations, analytics, management consulting, finance, or human resources. • Exceptional analytical and communication skills. • Strong analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and data visualization software. • Bias for action and ownership mentality. • Comfort with ambiguity and operating in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work full-time from our Toronto office. • Startup experience at a venture backed B2B company.
