• Develop clients through networking, seminars, and referrals • Understand the needs of clients and build trusted relationships with clients • Promote the company's financial products & services to address clients’ needs • Work with internal teams to identify and recommend cross-sell opportunities • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, closing sales and meeting targets • Prepare weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports to the management team • Represent the company in a professional manner and adhere to a proper work ethic • Perform other duties as assigned or requested
• 5+ years of experience in the service industry preferred • Ability to build, nurture, and maintain strong client relationships • Post-secondary education or equivalent • Self-motivated, resourceful, entrepreneurial and relationship-focused • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all personality types • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong attention to details and solid problem-solving skills • Proven sales experience and established network in the marketplace • 5+ years of experience in the service industry preferred • Completion of CSC or EMP courses preferred • Mandarin or Cantonese language skills preferred
