Description

• Proactively reach out to our existing customers to promote our financial services offering • Provide exceptionally high levels of service and use effective sales techniques to position and drive awareness on Lightspeed Capital for merchants • Build a trusted advisor relationship with your customers and identify where Financial Service opportunities lie across your book of business • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize the growth of your book of business • Achieve sales targets by providing exceptional advice and service to each merchant and coordinating with the Regional leader for Account Management to maximize opportunities within the assigned territory • Employ effective business development & relationship management techniques to assist in meeting or exceeding established sales targets for the territory • Provide regular feedback and be the voice of the merchant to business leaders.

Requirements

• Sales experience, preferably selling a financial service product, with a track record of high performance for several years running • Understanding of solution-based consultative sales in a SaaS environment • Ability to use Salesforce.com and other technologies to manage and organize pipeline • Committed to a culture of positivity and high performance • You enjoy the challenge of exceeding targets • Excellent written and verbal communication • Professional poise and confidence while communicating with executives • Value feedback and thrive on constant improvement and learning • Strong work ethic, and a self-driven desire to succeed. • Strong interpersonal skills to manage and build solid partnerships both internally and externally
