•Create editorial social media calendars through multiple social media channels for Canadian Audiences •Video first knowledge •Develop content briefings, as well as curate content from multiple online sources •Schedule and execute social media calendars in Sprinklr •Community management – both reactive and proactive •Content localization review (English) •Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies. •Perform ongoing social listening analysis as part of data collection activities. •Regular tracking, and report analysis to generate actionable insights and learnings. •Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization. •This position is open to remote candidates located in the Ontario and British Columbia areas.
•2+ years of experience as a Content Community Manager or similar. •Excellent grammar skills •Good understanding of social media KPIs •Team player •Good time-management and organization skills •Great interpersonal and communication skills. •B2B/tech industry experience •Sprinklr knowledge •Stakeholder partnership experience •Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
