Description

• Lead, mentor and manage the quality assurance team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation of team members • Organize and run daily scrum stand-up meetings, ensuring team alignment and addressing any roadblocks • Prepare sprint drafts and follow up on current sprint progress, assisting in planning future sprints • Develop and implement quality assurance processes, strategies, and methodologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback • Execute and supervise the execution of test cases, identify defects, and track issues to resolution • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases • Conduct regular quality audits, analyze quality metrics and performance data, and provide recommendations for process improvements • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities • Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools

Requirements

• Proven experience as a QA Lead or similar role • Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes • Proficiency in test management software (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) • Experience with both manual and automated testing • Knowledge of programming languages and frameworks relevant to your tech stack • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) can be an advantage • Understanding of agile/scrum methodologies • Familiarity with regulatory requirements if applicable to your industry • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
