• As a Senior Salesforce QA Engineer, you will be instrumental in the development, execution, and improvement of software testing strategies for our Salesforce environment. Your expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Lead-to-Cash processes will ensure that we deliver flawless solutions to meet business needs and enhance customer satisfaction. • Develop and implement detailed testing strategies for Salesforce CPQ and Lead-to-Cash configurations to ensure functional and technical requirements are met. • Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using modern testing frameworks. • Lead the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test reports, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all features. • Identify, document, and track bugs, collaborating closely with the development team to facilitate timely fixes. • Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives and other key Agile ceremonies, providing insights and feedback that influence product quality. • Manage QA environments, coordinating with IT teams to ensure proper setup and availability. • Mentor junior QA analysts and lead cross-functional collaboration to enhance overall team performance and knowledge. • Continuously refine our QA processes and tools to improve efficiency, test coverage, and team capability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years specifically in Salesforce environments. • Proven expertise in Salesforce CPQ and thorough understanding of the Lead-to-Cash process. • Strong experience with Salesforce testing tools and methodologies. • Proficiency in automated testing tools and scripting. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a dynamic, agile environment. • Must have Salesforce Certified Administrator certification. Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce CPQ Specialist are highly desirable.
