• Lead and oversee critical infrastructure projects for the Ontario Line South initiative. • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring quality standards and safety protocols. • Collaborate with teams to develop comprehensive project plans and schedules. • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance and address issues. • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams for effective communication and collaboration. • Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's preferred). • Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil construction project management, including large infrastructure projects. • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and project management practices. • Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and construction management tools. • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively. • Solid knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the construction industry. • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions in complex construction scenarios. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. • PMP or P.Eng. certification is a plus.
