• Oversee the day-to-day work of the Development and DevOps team • Act as a conduit between the technology team and executive leadership • Establish best practices and methodologies for product delivery • Collaborate with the executive team to prioritize features • Build and manage a high-performing technology team • Participate in recruitment and retention of top talent • Mentor and provide professional development for the engineering team • Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements • Address technical challenges from stakeholders • Plan and manage technical infrastructure for growth • Manage the technology budget and vendor contracts • Collaborate with the sales team in technical discussions
• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams (backend/frontend development, infrastructure teams) • 5+ years of people management experience in fully remote environments • Experience in agile environments and implementing scrum practices • Experience in FinTech with understanding of financial regulations, security, and compliance standards • Knowledge of payment systems for online gateways and POS systems • Hands-on experience with various programming languages and development methodologies • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Experience in early-stage or fast-growing startups as a bonus
