Description
• Lead the definition of product vision and strategy for platform services • Build roadmap and partner on delivery of common services across e-commerce businesses • Iterate on ways of working and processes to enhance platform capabilities • Collaborate with cross-functional partners and drive product evolution
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience leading product creation in technology companies • Experience in building complex platform projects • Proven track record in leading high-performing product teams • Bias for action and fostering culture of speed and experimentation • Comfortable working in a matrix environment • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to build relationships and work in cross-functional teams
