• Work with prospects and customers to develop a deep understanding of their needs and translate those needs into solutions that satisfy their demands • Cross-selling and up-selling services and solutions to prospects and customers • Conduct presentations that showcase the services and products of the company to prospects and customers • Develop and submit proposals, quotes and respond to RFP/RFI documents • Maintain in-depth product knowledge of the products and services offerings of the company • Perform sales and admin procedures through regular and accurate usage of the CRM and Sales Productivity/Management apps • Achieve and maintain a positive rapport with prospects and customers and provide high quality service • Meet and/or exceed assigned quotas and obligations on a consistent basis • Constantly develop new clients and market opportunities • Manage difficult Customer and Vendor issues and escalations • Engage management when appropriate • Build pipeline, qualify and progress opportunities and regularly close deals heeding company sales policies and profit margin requirements • Engage the Services and Finance departments to promote a smooth integrated workflow resulting in faster revenue recognition and growth • Perform other sales-related duties as directed by management
• Minimum 10 years of corporate sales experience • Technology industry experience in cloud, hardware, software, and technical services • Demonstrated track record of success in the direct sales role • BA/BS, preferably in a business or technology related field • Experience with effectively using a CRM and Sales Productivity tools • Possess good financial acumen • Proficient with general office applications
