Description

• Lead a Mainframe pod consisting of a Scrum Master, Business Systems Analyst, Software Engineers, and Quality Engineers. • Prioritize features and create epics to ensure alignment with business goals and successful delivery. • Work collaboratively with Product Owners across various areas of the enterprise to deliver features. • Partner with stakeholders to identify and manage risks. • Escalate risks or issues as required for prompt resolution.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of Product Owner experience in an Agile environment, specifically within a Mainframe tech stack. • Strong leadership and collaboration skills in guiding cross-functional teams. • Ability to manage risks and find creative solutions to delivery challenges. • Experience working in large, complex enterprises and Agile environments.
